The Smiling Blue Skies Cancer Fund
PRHRC Member Suzi Beber, the founder of the Smiling Blue Skies Cancer Fund, has generously supported and donated to our club for many years. Several of us have personally experienced Suzi’s incredible heart and guidance, including a shoulder to cry on, as we wade through cancer treatment options for our own dogs. The PRHRC would like to honour Suzi, by supporting the Fund she created, and the hope it offers for our dogs.
Cancer is the most frequent cause of death in dogs. In loving our dogs, we want the very best for them, in health, and in sickness. Donations to The Smiling Blue Skies Cancer Fund supports the Ontario Veterinary College's quest to find more and better ways to deal with and understand canine cancers. All donations will be used for the study of new cancer diagnostics and treatments for all companion animals through OVC Pet Trust at the Ontario Veterinary College. Not only will our pets benefit from this contribution, but also, the knowledge gained will be shared with human research, for the good of us all.
Receipts for tax credit purposes are issued for all contributions of $20 or more.
