Thank you for signing up to volunteer at Convocation!
We are seeking proud and enthusiastic alumni to attend the Convocation Tea after each ceremony. This will be the new graduates’ very first alumni event. Volunteers will act as a friendly, welcoming and congratulatory presence, and assist families in taking pictures to commemorate this special day.
Please check the timeslot(s) when you will volunteer:
I'd like to hand out pins to new graduates after they cross the stage!
I’d like to assist families in taking pictures to commemorate this special day!
Thank you! Please mark your calendar accordingly. You will be emailed with final details and instructions the week of October 7, 2019.
