Welcome to My Personal Page

Hello,

My name is Shannon Killip and I am a 4th year student studying Human Kinetics. This is my 4th year playing for the Guelph Gryphons field hockey team. My primary position is left defense however I play midfield when needed. Last year our team had a very successful season as we came first in the OUA and third at the CIS championships in Victoria, BC.

As a member of the varsity team, I'm participating in this unique fundraiser that directly supports my experience as a student athlete. Adopt-a-Gryphon funds are used to support out-of-conference competitions and provide additional training aids. For pre-season training camp, we will be going to Holland to play against new competition and train with high level coaches. This once in a lifetime experience will help us improve and bond as a team, and will contribute to our successes during our season. The pre-season training will help us achieve our goal to come first in the OUA, and medal at the CIS championship.

We know our fans and supporters make a big difference, and I want to thank you for considering a pledge to support our team. To make a gift, click the link to the right and help me meet my personal target. All donations will receive an automatic e-receipt from the University of Guelph.

Thanks for your support!

Shannon
