Hi Friends! Most of you know I very rarely ask for support – but this one is special to my heart….so here goes!

This year I am participating in 9th Annual OTS Dog Jog to help raise money for the OVC Pet Trust. This non-competitive run/walk held at the University of Guelph will help OVC Pet Trust in their mission to help the pets we love-live longer, healthier lives. This year the goal is to raise $16,000!

I will be walking the 5km with our latest addition – Abby. My goal is to raise $1,000.

As most of my friends know - my first pack of dogs included Rusty and Zoey. When Rusty was a senior dog she was diagnosed with cancer and treatment options where limited....until I found OVC (Ontario Veterinary College). The care that Rusty received offered us many more unexpected years together and I will forever be grateful for the amazing treatment we were so lucky to receive. Of course, the experience ended up changing my life - I soon found myself living in Guelph with my family and I have been lucky enough to have this amazing facility in our "backyard". Zoey also got treatment when she was older and I continue to recommend the facility to anyone looking for the very best care for their loved pet.
